Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. No waiver of any violation or non-performance of this Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent violation or non-performance.
